Wedding Soup Recipe – Healing and Delicious Soup of Ottoman Cuisine

Wedding soup is one of the most curious recipes of soups that people of all ages enjoy. You can prepare a nutritious soup that is prepared for the broth, using a string of lamb neck meat and a finishing mixture.

Ingredients

 

    • 500 grams of lamb meat
    • 3 liters of water
    • 1 onion
    • 2 bay leaves
    • 1 tablespoon of black pepper

 

Dressing:

 

    • 1 egg yolk
    • 2 tablespoons of topping flour
    • 3 tablespoons of lemon juice
    • 2 teaspoons of salt
    • 50 grams of butter
    • 1 teaspoon of flakes pepper

 

How to Prepare?

Put the meat in a sauce pan and seal it over high heat. Then add all the onion, bay leaf, pepper and water and cook until the meat is tender. Take the meat and vegetables from the water and strain. Put the broth that you had drained back into the stove. Add the meat you chop in small pieces. For the finishing of the soup, whisk the egg yolk, flour and lemon juice together. Take a scoop of water from the soup, add it on top and mix. Add it to the pot, little by little and stirring. After cooking for 10 minutes, remove from the stove. For it, melt the butter, add chili peppers and cover the bottom. Put the soup in the bowl, roll the sauce over and serve.
