- 1 cup oil
- 1.5 tea cup melted butter
- 1 egg
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1 dinner spoon salt
- 3.5 to 4 cups flour
- 1 packet baking soda
- 1 teaspoon mahlep
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
How to Prepare?
Transfer melted butter, oil, mahaleb, sugar, vinegar, yogurt and eggs into the mixing bowl and mix well.
Then add baking soda and flour by sifting. Finally, add the salt and knead until you get a paste that does not stick to the hand.
Take small pieces of the dough you prepared. Roll it on the counter, roll it by hand and roll it into a roll. Then join both ends.
