Ingredients

 

    • 2/5 cups flour
    • 1 cup sunflower oil
    • 2 meal tablespoon yogurt
    • 1 egg
    • 1 teaspoon baking soda
    • 1 cup water
    • salt
    • 250 grams of white cheese
    • Half a bunch of parsley for the flux of 1 egg
    • 1 egg yolk

 

How to Prepare?

Take the dough into a deep bowl and knead well. Then cover it with a cloth and let it rest for 20 minutes.

Take the rest of the dough on the table sprinkled with flour and roll out a little thicker than the dough with the roller.

Prepare round dough by cutting it with a water cup or a circle mold. Then separate the white and yolk of the egg.
