Cheesecake – Water Dumpling Recipe

Water pastry is one of the pastry varieties that everyone from 7 to 70 ‘likes to consume with its mouth-like taste and lightness.



    • 1 kg flour
    • 11 eggs
    • 100 grams butter Half

    • Half kg of feta cheese
    • 1 bunch of dill and basil

How to Prepare?

Pour the flour on a flat surface and open the middle like a pool. Break 10 eggs into it, add salt and knead. Then let it rest. Repeat the kneading process 5 times with an interval of 10 minutes. Divide the dough into 10 pieces and roll out the size of your tray. Prepare and boil brine in a large saucepan. Boil the pastries in this water for 1 minute. Immediately throw in cold water and strain. In a bowl, mix butter, oil, milk and 1 egg. Put one dough on the tray and pour the milk mixture with a spoon. In this way, place 5 pieces of dough on the tray. Crush the white cheese and mix with finely chopped dill and basil. Pour this mixture over the dough. Pour the remaining dough between the milk mixture and put on top of the cheese mortar. Cook over low heat until golden brown. When golden brown, place another tray on top of it and turn it over and fry the other side. Serve by slicing.
